Laura is an accredited executive coach and accomplished values-driven leader with over 20 years of experience, holding senior leadership positions within the Tech and FinTech industries, namely Twitter, Ancestry.com, PayPal and eBay.
She is an accredited emotional intelligence practitioner and has achieved a BA in eBusiness and postgraduate Diplomas in Organisational Behaviour, Executive Coaching, and Leadership. With a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading diverse, multinational teams in both EMEA and internationally, her passion lies in understanding and positively influencing workplace dynamics and behaviours.
As a coach, she draws on her extensive leadership experience and theoretical insights to empower clients in navigating the workplace to their advantage and optimize their impact to accelerate their careers.
