She has held senior leadership positions within the Tech and FinTech industries, namely Twitter, Ancestry.com, PayPal and eBay. She is an accredited emotional intelligence practitioner and has achieved BA in eBusiness, and an MBS focusing on Organisational Behaviour, Executive Coaching, and Leadership.
With a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading diverse, multinational teams in both EMEA and internationally, her passion lies in understanding and positively influencing workplace dynamics, behaviours and outcomes. As a coach, she draws on her extensive leadership experience and theoretical insights to empower my clients to navigate the workplace to their advantage and optimise their impact to accelerate their careers.
